Concept & Color
Before we begin the design process, it's important to know what you want the collection to look like. This involves research on the overall look, theme, style, silhouette, print, materials & colors for your collection.
As part of the design process I will create a color palette for your collection using the official Pantone reference numbers. All concept research will help inform our choices and the next stage- Fashion Design.
Fashion Design
Bringing your ideas to life is what I do best! With over 14 years of experience, I have designed highly successful ranges for dozens of acclaimed international brands. If you already have a clear idea of what you want, I always recommend pulling imagery and notes to communicate your ideas effectively. However if you need some extra help with your concept before we begin I would be more than happy to assist you.

Tech Packs
Manufacturer Sourcing
Once your designs are finalized they must go into a tech pack so that the factory can create your collection. A tech pack is essentially a blueprint for the factory to follow which contains everything they would need to know to make your garment: technical sketches, measurements, details, color, fabric, washes, prints, trim, reference imagery etc.
I offer highly detailed, industry standard tech packs to help minimize the rounds of fittings and adjustments often needed in the development process- saving you time and money.
It's at this stage I also create your brand's sizing chart.
Finding the right manufacturer can be a challenge. I have several factories I work with both in the US and overseas with a variety of capabilities. However if these do not match your requirements for your collection, further sourcing can happen at an additional cost.
Sourcing fabrications and trims is also a service I offer. Pricing for this service varies depending on the size of the collection.
Sample Development
The factory will first receive your tech packs, send a quote, then proceed to making your first development sample.
You can expect to go through 1-2 rounds of development sampling until we get to the final sample (Pre production sample). This is when we see the sample in correct fabrics, colors, trims, prints etc.
During every round of development, I inspect, measure, fit and record every sample to make sure it meets our specs and requirements.
Once this process is complete, we add the size grading to the tech pack for each style and move forward to production.

Label and Tag Designs
Never underestimate the importance of your labels and tags! From the design to the choice of materials, every element is an important aspect of your branding. I design and ensure your label and tags designs are ready for the factory to produce and adhere to the legal requirements of the country they are sold in.
